About shyness and shame

First of all, let’s discuss what is shyness. Shyness is the thought that EVERYONE IS LOOKING AT YOU. For example when you step up in the class as a student, everyone is looking at you or when you speak everyone watches you. So you have less chance of standing up and speak – because when ever you want this, you will immediately think that you are standing in front of the crowd full of people and everyone is watching you without a blinking. The worst fear about this is the chance of doing some embarrassing thing and everyone will be laughing at you thinking that you are a stupid loser.

Shy people must understand the following thing:

Really NOBODY is giving a damn what are you doing or who you are! You aren’t stars chased restlessly by cameras! Even if this sounds a little hard: for 99,999999% of people you are NOBODY! Think about this for a second. You take a walk on the streets, you fell, you think this is embarrassing. Maybe 10 people is looking at you, 3 of them will be laughing at you but if you stand up and walk away, 20 seconds later nobody will remember you. Everyone has their own problems and things to do. Everyone is thinking about his stuff like “I hope I won’t get late“, “When will my freakin’ bus arrive?“, “What should I watch in the cinema?” or “I can’t remember if my exam will be on Monday or on Tuesday“. Thoughts and questions like this will make people forget about you and everything will be like nothing has happened.

Even better if you just laugh when in an embarrassing situation like this! believe me: *ONLY* those situations are embarrassing, that YOU (!!) think is embarrassing! So when your belt gives up itself on the streets and your pants leave you in trouble you can do:

Feel yourself embarrassed and shame yourself whole day
Laugh on it and later you tell it to your friends and you have a good time laughing on it

Not to mention: If you laugh on an embarrassing situation, others will see how easy you can handle things and won’t bring your blood pressure to the sky. This will make you grow in other people eye (especially in the eyes of women), because this will show a sign of good self-confidence.

Why girls wanna kiss us on partys…

I will share you this information from my own experiences and after talking to countless girls.

Many guys who are flirting with girls at bars, think that this is a beginning of something big and serious.

In most cases, they think it wrong. In a party, we make out with girls just to have a little fun. So it’s a failure as a men to became addicted or asking too many questions. First of all you must do, what most women does. Simply just enjoy the kiss and live for the moment. If a girl doesn’t want to ask your phone number or didn’t want to give it after the party, don’t be disappointed. You just met a girl, who just want to have a little fun. There is no reason to think that the girl is a cheap whore.

How to kiss a girl - disco party Of course this is not always the case. A kiss can be a start of something big, but don’t think this is standard. Just try to enjoy the kiss and the night itself. Live for the moment. Yes, maybe something will begin after the kiss, maybe not.

This was a “tuning point” in my life (especially in “picking up girls“) when I realized that I can control my jealousy! Every time when I got jealous in a situation, I just turned off my jealous thoughts and didn’t care about them. Next time try this method – it’s really easy and effective.
The next tip to get back you ex-girlfriend is, if you meet again (accidentally), you must control your behavior. Don’t start with arguing, and definitely don’t ask her to come back to you. Also don’t diss her and never ask if she’s got a boyfriend or not. Just be kind and happy like you could handle your life without her. So she will think that you are alright without her. She won’t like this, because she want you to sit home all day crying and fall to a black hole (even if this sounds a little hard).
